Stand Out Home Care is seeking experienced, dependable caregivers to join a growing team across Tennessee. We provide in-home care to private-pay clients and VA/CHOICES programs, with flexible hours and a commitment to safety, comfort and independence at home.

Positions offer weekly pay, full-time and part-time options, and a pathway for growth within a company expanding across the state.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience
• Dependable, professional and compassionate
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to successfully complete required background and compliance screenings

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and supervision
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines
• Following individualized client care plans
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
• Reporting changes in a client's condition to the appropriate team member

We proudly serve private-pay clients as well as individuals receiving services through VA and CHOICES programs.
