Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is growing across Tennessee and seeks experienced caregivers to join a dependable team. We provide in-home care to private-pay clients as well as VA/CHOICES clients, offering flexible schedules and a path to growth.

You will play a central role in enhancing client safety, comfort, and independence in their own homes while working with a supportive scheduling team and expanding Tennessee-wide client opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.
• Background and compliance screenings required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and supervision
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines
• Following individualized client care plans
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
• Reporting changes in a client's condition to the appropriate team member

We proudly serve private-pay clients as well as individuals receiving services through VA and CHOICES programs.
