Job summary
Golden Years Home Care is hiring caring, HCA-certified caregivers to provide in-home senior care across Dana Point and surrounding areas. Join a team that values compassion, safety, and reliable service while supporting clients in their own homes.
We offer flexible schedules including full-time, part-time, on-call and weekend shifts, with competitive pay range of $18–$20 per hour, a $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked, plus bonuses for last-minute and weekend fill-ins.
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old.
- At least 1 year caregiving experience.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Fully vaccinated or exemption.
- Current TB test or clear X-ray.
- Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan).
- CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification can be obtained through us.
- Willing to travel up to 25 miles.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, light housework and meal prep.
- Shop, run errands and offer companionship.
- Assist with incontinence care, dementia care, transfers and activities of daily living.
