Americas Home & Health Care Corp is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our growing team in Orange County. This in-home role offers flexibility and an opportunity to make a real difference in clients' lives.

Candidates should have prior caregiving experience, be reliable, and able to follow care plans. A valid driver's license is preferred; CPR/First Aid is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving, home health aide (HHA) or CNA experience preferred.
• Compassionate, patient and reliable with a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to pass a background check and provide references.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plans.
• Must be located in or able to commute to the South Bay area.

• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe living environment.
• Administer medication reminders and monitor client health conditions.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
• Document and report changes in client condition to supervisors.
