Executive-Home-Care-of-South-Tampa is seeking a caring caregiver, HHA or CNA, to provide essential in-home personal care to clients in the Brandon, FL area.

This role offers flexible schedules, training and development, advancement opportunities, and a supportive team focused on meaningful impact on clients' daily living and well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, personal hygiene; mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Medication reminders: remind and support medication schedules.
• Meal preparation and nutrition: plan and prepare meals per dietary needs and ensure hydration.
• Companionship and social interaction: engage in conversations and accompany to appointments.
• Health monitoring: observe and report changes to the care team and document care.
