Job summary

Right at Home is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors and individuals with disabilities in the Lake Norman, Cornelius, Huntersville and surrounding areas. We offer next-day pay, paid training, health benefits, PTO & 401(k) and flexible schedules with day, evening and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities include personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation support and medication reminders, along with providing companionship and emotional support to those in need.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license & auto insurance.
• Pass background check & drug screening.
• PCA or caregiving experience preferred, not required.
