Job summary

A local home care provider in Cornelius is looking for a caregiver to assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and companionship. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, a valid driver's license, and preferably experience in the home care industry. Flexible scheduling options available for weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Preferred experience in home care industry.
• Previous experience in the home care industry as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, PSW, CNA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions.
• Accompany patient on errands or medical appointments.
• Assist with dressing.
• Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions.

• Perform light housekeeping activities.
• Provide supportive care and medication reminders.
• Assist with prescribed range of motion exercises.
• Help with bathing.

• Performs hands on care and patient-specific activities that assist the client with activities of daily living, including but not limited to:
• Provide friendly companionship
• Help with patients personal hygiene care
• Assist with dressing

• Perform light housekeeping activities
• Provide supportive care and medication reminders
• Assist with the prescribed range of motion exercises

• Comfortable working around pets
