Job summary

Right at Home in Durham is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers (PCA/CNA) to support clients in aging in place. No experience required; paid training is provided, and you can choose from a variety of Weekday/Weekend shifts to fit your schedule.

You will help with daily activities, personal care, meal preparation, transportation, companionship, and medication reminders, while earning competitive hourly pay and access to benefits like health/dental/vision, 401(k) matching, and PTO.

Qualifications

We are hiring in home caregivers, (PCA and CNA) that are able to work Weekdays/Weekends (every other weekend) to help us achieve our mission of improving the quality of life for those we serve. This will include tasks such as assisting with personal care needs, meal preparation, local transportation, companionship as well as medication reminders. CaregiverSchedule (include but not limited to):

Flexible schedules from 4, 8, 12 hour shifts

• Mon: 7am - 7pm, 8:30am - 12:30pm, 9:30am - 1:30pm
• Tu: 9am - 2pm, 11am - 3pm, 1pm - 5pm, 6:30pm - 10:30pm
• Wed: 8am - 10am, 4pm - 8pm
• Th: 9am - 2pm
• Fri: 9am - 1pm, 1pm - 5pm, 6pm - 10pm
• Weekends: 8am - 8pm, 9am - 11am, 12pm - 6pm, 5pm - 9pm
