Job summary

Right at Home Lake Norman/Charlotte is hiring compassionate In-Home Caregivers to help seniors and individuals with disabilities live safely and independently in their homes. We provide paid training and ongoing support, with opportunities for growth and a next-day pay option.

We offer flexible full-time and part-time schedules and a supportive team environment that values meaningful work and client well-being. Training and background checks are part of the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Previous PCA, CNA, or In-home caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
• Dependable, compassionate, patient, and professional.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with current automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal-care needs.
• Support clients with mobility and activities of daily living.
• Prepare meals according to clients’ needs and preferences.
• Perform light housekeeping related to client care.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with errands and transportation, as required.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Follow each client’s individualized care plan.
• Observe and report changes in a client’s condition.
• Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.

Work Location: Clients’ homes throughout Lake Norman, Cornelius, Huntersville, Charlotte, and surrounding areas

What You’ll Do
