Job summary

White Pine Senior Living in Fridley is seeking a CNA/Caregiver for part-time shifts. The role includes AM/PM weekends and OnCall, with FT PM and PT PM options, and a pay range of $19.00-$21.00 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents to reach and maintain the highest level of independence with personal care and daily living activities.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed.
• Document services performed.
• Observe and report changes in residents' physical and emotional condition.
• Assist with personal care including shampooing, showering/bathing, incontinence management, transferring and medication administration.
• Communicate professionally with residents.

Caregiver responsibilities may include:

• Assist residents to reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.

• Observe and report any changes in physical and emotional condition of residents.


• Assist residents with personal care which may include the following: shampooing of hair, assist with showering/ bathing, incontinence management, transferring assistance and medication administration.


• Communicates and interacts in a professional, respectful, and kind manner.


• Ability to communicate and assist residents with dementia or related diagnosis.


• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• No experience necessary. Paid training will be provided.


• High school diploma or equivalency required.


• Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.


• Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language.
