Job summary

Senior Living Residences is seeking a Resident Care Associate (LNA/MNA/CNA/HHA) for Cornerstone at Hampton in Hampton, NH. This role provides direct personal care to our senior residents in a safe, home-like setting with engaging activities.

Full-time night shifts 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM are offered with pay starting at $21–$22 per hour, plus benefits including health, dental, vision, and a company-matched retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Certification in CNA/LNA/CHHA preferred.
• Ability to provide direct personal care to seniors.
• Punctuality and reliability for daily care schedules.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS:

11:00 PM - 7:00 AM: Full Time

PAY & BENEFITS:

Rates start at $21 - $22 per hour based on work experience; We do offer shift differentials (additional pay for certain hours)

WHAT OUR RESIDENT CARE ASSOCIATES DO:

• Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care
• Join or lead fun activities of your choice with the residents
• Track care and other tasks with our easy-to-use electronic health record system
• Assist the housekeeping team with light housekeeping services
• Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services, as needed
• Work each day across all of our departments to create an atmosphere of cooperation, collaboration, inclusivity, and mutual respect.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA), Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), preferred
• Physical requirements : Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents (with and without assistance)
• Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
• Punctuality & reliability - Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.
