Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to deliver non-medical home care and companionship in clients' homes across the area. The role emphasizes reliability, kindness, and building trusted relationships with clients and their families.

You will provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders while coordinating with the care team to ensure consistent support and scheduling. This position offers ongoing training and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Have or be willing to get a Flu Shot
• National background check
• A valid driver’s license, proof of car insurance, and a reliable car (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to client's non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Maintaining effective communication with Office Staff and care team.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
