Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our national network, delivering wholehearted, in-home care that respects clients' independence and preferences. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values appreciation and recognition.

As a Caregiver, you will provide companionship, assist with light housekeeping and meals, remind about medications, and build trust with clients and families.

Qualifications

• Have or be willing to get a Flu Shot.
• National background check.
• A valid driver's license, proof of car insurance, and a reliable car (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to client's non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Maintaining effective communication with Office Staff and care team
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
