Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking caring individuals to provide in-home non-medical support. You will offer companionship, assist with light tasks, and help maintain routines for clients in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Have or be willing to get a Flu Shot.
• National background check.
• A valid driver's license, proof of car insurance, and a reliable car (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to client's non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Maintaining effective communication with Office Staff and care team.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.
