SYNERGY HomeCare in Manhattan Beach, CA is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to join our locally owned agency. You will provide companionship, assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders, delivering reliable care in clients' homes.

This role offers competitive pay of $20–$28 per hour plus direct deposit, paid orientation, overtime pay, and benefits like healthcare, 401(k), and membership perks.

Qualifications

• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Current TB test.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel more than 10 miles.
• Availability at least 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Build professional and trusting relationships with clients, family members, and coworkers.
