Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is hiring caregivers to join our team to provide compassionate, non-medical in-home care. We offer a $200 sign-on bonus, competitive pay ($18-21 per hour) with a $2 differential for overnight and weekend shifts, direct deposit, paid orientation and ongoing training, time-and-a-half for overtime and holidays, and flexible schedules to match caregivers with nearby clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to client's non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Maintain effective communication with Office Staff and care team.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.
