Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare seeks compassionate caregivers to join our nationwide team delivering in-home care with dignity and respect. You will support clients' daily activities, provide companionship, and assist with light housekeeping and meals.

We offer a $200 sign-on bonus, competitive pay ($18–$21/hour) with $2 overnight/weekend differential, paid orientation, training, and benefits including medical, dental, and 401K. Flexible schedules and local client matching enhance work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Flu shot (required or willing to obtain)
• National background check
• Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, reliable vehicle (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide care for clients' non-medical needs including companionship and social engagement
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Maintain professional communication with clients, families, and coworkers
• Coordinate with office staff and care team to ensure reliable care and punctual shift coverage

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Provide attention to client's non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Maintaining effective communication with Office Staff and care team.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
