Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare Franchising, LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our independently owned and operated national agency in Colorado. You will provide non-medical care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders to clients in their own homes.

We offer a $200 sign-on bonus, competitive pay of $18–$21 per hour with a $2 differential for overnight and weekend shifts, direct deposit, paid orientation and ongoing training, and time-and-a-half pay for

Qualifications

• Have or be willing to get a Flu Shot.
• National background check.
• A valid driver’s license, proof of car insurance, and a reliable car (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to client's non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Maintaining effective communication with Office Staff and care team.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
