Griswold Home Care Westminster is hiring caregivers to help seniors in Carroll County and nearby areas. You will provide personal care, light housekeeping, and transportation with compassionate, reliable service.

We offer flexible part-time schedules, weekly pay, PTO/holidays, insurance options, and growth opportunities. CPR required; CNA preferred but not required; TB clearance and background checks are part of the process.

Qualifications

• CNA certification is a plus, but not required.
• CPR certification is required.
• TB clearance per CDC guidance and Maryland RSA regulations.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assisting clients with personal care including bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Grocery shopping and transporting clients to appointments.
• Dementia and memory care support.

What Your Day Will Look Like

• Assisting clients with personal care including bathing, grooming, and toileting

Who We're Looking For

• A caring, reliable, and responsible person ready to make a real impact


• CNA certification is a plus, but not required


• CPR Certification required


• TB Clearance per CDC guidance and Maryland RSA regulations


• At least ONE year of caregiving or home care experience preferred


• Comfortable working in pet-friendly homes, including cats and dogs


• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle with current insurance and registration required


• Willingness to travel throughout Carroll County


• Must successfully pass a criminal background check


• High school diploma or GED preferred
