Job summary

Golden Years In-Home Senior Care in Sacramento is seeking caring, HCA-certified caregivers to join our team. You will provide in-home support and tailor activities to client interests, ensuring safety and well-being. Requirements include 1 year of caregiving, a valid driver’s license, TB test or clear X-ray, Live Scan, and HCA certification (we can help obtain it).

Travel up to 25 miles may be needed. We offer competitive pay ($18–$20/hr), a $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked,

Qualifications

• Must be 18+.
• 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Fully vaccinated or exemption.
• Current TB test or clear X-ray.
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan).
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us).
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed.

Responsibilities

• Personal care, light housework, meal prep.
• Shopping, errands, companionship.
• Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs.
