Job summary

Golden Years In-Home Senior Care is seeking caring, HCA-certified caregivers to join our team in California. If you love serving others and creating joyful moments, we want you on our team!

In this in‑home role you will ensure safety, health, and wellbeing of clients, tailor activities to their interests, perform personal care, light housework, meal prep, and provide companionship.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Fully vaccinated or exemption.
• Current TB test or clear X-ray.
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan).
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification obtainable through us.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, light housework, and meal prep.
• Perform shopping, errands, and companionship.
• Assist with incontinence and dementia care, transfers, and ADLs.
