Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is seeking experienced caregivers to join a growing team in Tennessee. The role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with weekly pay, and benefits after introductory periods.

Caregivers provide daily living support, personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship while following tailored care plans for private-pay clients as well as VA/CHOICES recipients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable, professional and compassionate
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions
• Background and compliance screenings may be required

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and supervision
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines
• Follow individualized client care plans
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
• Report changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member
