Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is seeking experienced caregivers to support private-pay clients and VA/CHOICES program participants across Tennessee. We offer flexible full-time and part-time schedules, with weekly pay and a 30-day initial accrual for PTO.

Responsibilities include daily living assistance, hygiene, mobility support, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship. Candidates must be at least 18, have a HS diploma or GED, and be able to pass background screenings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years caregiving experience.
• Must be 18+ with HS diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and able to pass background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Running errands and daily routines.
• Following individualized client care plans.
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member.
