Stand Out Home Care is hiring experienced caregivers in Tennessee. You will provide in-home assistance to clients, including daily living activities, personal care, meal prep, and companionship, promoting safety and independence in their own homes.

We support clients through VA and CHOICES programs, with flexible full-time and part-time opportunities and weekly pay. Join a growing team and make a meaningful difference across Tennessee.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years caregiving experience required.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to successfully complete required background and compliance screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
• Following individualized client care plans.
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member.
