Stand Out Home Care is growing across Tennessee and seeks experienced, dependable caregivers to make a difference in clients' lives. We provide in-home care for private-pay clients and VA/CHOICES recipients, with various schedules and growth opportunities across Tennessee.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.

CAREGIVER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist clients with activities of daily living
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and supervision
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines
• Following individualized client care plans
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required
• Dependable, professional and compassionate
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to successfully complete required background and compliance screenings
