Job summary

Stand Out Home Care in Tennessee is hiring experienced caregivers to join a growing team. We provide in-home care to keep clients safe, comfortable, and independent, with private-pay and VA/CHOICES options.

We offer flexible hours (full-time or part-time), weekly pay, PTO after 30 days, and ongoing growth as the company expands. Candidates must be 18+, HS diploma/GED, at least 2 years of caregiving, reliable transportation, and ability to follow care plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions.
• Able to complete required background and compliance screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member.
