Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services in Southwick, MA is hiring compassionate caregivers (PCA, HHA, CNA, Homemaker) to provide in-home care to seniors. Expect flexible, 8 to 12 hour shifts, with day, overnight and weekend opportunities. Pay ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, based on experience and certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home caregiving preferred but not required.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in English.
• Willing to obtain or hold HHA/CNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Prepare meals based on client preferences and dietary needs.
• Help with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Run essential errands and grocery shopping.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Observe clients and report changes to the supervisor.
• Help clients maintain a safe and comfortable home.
• Provide respectful, dependable, and compassionate care.
