Guardian Angel Senior Services, Inc. is hiring compassionate caregivers to deliver high-quality in-home care to seniors in Northfield, MA and the surrounding communities.

We offer flexible scheduling, consistent opportunities, and competitive pay with shifts including day, evening, overnight, and weekend options. Training is provided to qualified applicants, even if you do not yet hold HHA/CNA certification.

Qualifications

• Experience as PCA, HHA, CNA, or Homemaker is valued.
• Able to communicate clearly in English.
• Professional, compassionate and dependable conduct is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Prepare meals according to client preferences and dietary needs.
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Run essential errands when needed and provide medication reminders.

$18.00 TO $20.00 PER HOUR

Pay Is Based On Experience, Skills, Certifications, And Qualifications.

MAKE EVERY SHIFT MATTER

As an in home caregiver, you will help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Your support can bring companionship, dignity, comfort, and peace of mind to the people you care for.

Your Responsibilities May Include

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care
• Providing companionship and emotional encouragement
• Preparing meals based on client preferences and dietary needs
• Helping with light housekeeping and laundry
• Running Essential Errands When Needed
• Providing medication reminders
• Observing clients and reporting changes to the appropriate supervisor
• Helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable home
• Providing respectful, dependable, and compassionate care
