Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services, Inc. is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide quality in-home care to seniors in Greenfield, MA and surrounding communities. Roles include PCA, HHA, CNA, and Homemaker with flexible 8–12 hour shifts and day options.

Pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, with a $250 sign-on bonus after 90 days. Training is offered for those new to caregiving.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care
• Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Preparing meals based on client preferences and dietary needs
• Helping with light housekeeping and laundry
• Running essential errands and grocery shopping
• Providing medication reminders
• Observing clients and reporting changes to the supervisor
• Helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable home
• Providing respectful, dependable, and compassionate care
