Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide high-quality in-home care to seniors in Leverett, MA and nearby communities. We welcome experienced PCAs, HHAs, CNAs, and Homemakers, or anyone ready to start a meaningful career in caregiving.

We offer 8–12 hour shifts, day and overnight options, and opportunities across Leverett and surrounding towns. Join us to make a real difference while earning competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work at least 20 hours per week.
• No unexcused absences during the first 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Prepare meals according to client preferences and dietary needs.
• Help with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Run essential errands and grocery shopping for clients.
• Provide medication reminders when needed.
• Observe clients and report changes to the supervisor.
• Help clients maintain a safe and comfortable home.
• Deliver respectful, dependable, and compassionate care.

Sign-On Bonus

$250 SIGN ON BONUS

Qualified new caregivers can earn a $250 sign on bonus after completing their first 90 days.
