Senior Living Residences' Armbrook Village in Westfield, MA is seeking a Resident Care Associate (CNA, CHHA) to provide direct personal care to our senior residents in a safe, home-like environment. The role supports daily living activities, dining assistance, and participation in resident-centered activities.

Qualifications

• CNA or CHHA certification required.
• Ability to provide direct personal care to seniors.

Responsibilities

• Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care.
• Join or lead activities with residents and support their engagement.
• Track care and tasks using the electronic health record system.
• Assist housekeeping with light duties as needed.

Available Shifts

• 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM: Full Time
• 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM: Full Time, Part Time

Pay & Benefits

Rates start at $18 per hour; We do offer shift differentials (additional pay for certain hours)

What Our Resident Care Associates Do

• Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care
• Join or lead fun activities of your choice with the residents
• Track care and other tasks with our easy-to-use electronic health record system
• Assist the housekeeping team with light housekeeping services
• Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services, as needed
• Work each day across all of our departments to create an atmosphere of cooperation, collaboration, inclusivity, and mutual respect.

Requirements

• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)**
• Physical requirements : Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents (with and without assistance)
• Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
• Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.
