Comforts of Home Senior Living in St. Croix Falls is seeking a CNA/Caregiver for full-time and part-time roles with AM and PM shifts. The position offers pay range of $18.50-$20.00 per hour depending on experience (DOQ).

Qualifications

• No experience necessary. Paid training will be provided.
• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents to reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed.
• Document services performed.
• Observe and report any changes in physical and emotional condition of residents.
• Assist with personal care including shampooing, showering/bathing, incontinence management, transfers, and medication assistance.
• Communicate professionally, respectfully, and kindly.
• Support residents with dementia or related diagnoses.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
