Senior Living Residences at Anchor Bay East Greenwich in East Greenwich, RI is seeking compassionate Caregivers (CNA) to provide direct personal care for senior residents in a safe, home-like environment.

The role offers shifts 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, and 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM with full-time or part-time options. Pay starts at $20-$21 per hour, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Stand/assess residents and assist with daily living activities.

Responsibilities

Available Shifts

7:00 AM - 3:00 PM: Full Time, Part Time

3:00 PM - 11:00 PM: Full Time, Part Time

What Our Resident Care Associates Do

• Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care
• Join or lead fun activities of your choice with the residents
• Track care and other tasks with our easy-to-use electronic health record system
• Assist the housekeeping team with light housekeeping services
• Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services, as needed
• Work each day across all of our departments to create an atmosphere of cooperation, collaboration, inclusivity, and mutual respect.

Requirements

• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Physical requirements: Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents (with and without assistance)
• Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
• Punctuality & reliability - Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.
