Job summary

Senior Living Residences in East Providence, RI, seeks caring Resident Care associates to provide direct personal care to our senior residents. Join a safe, home-like, and fun work environment ranked in The Boston Globe's Top Places to Work.

Available shifts include 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Part Time and 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Full Time, with pay starting at $19 per hour and a comprehensive benefits program beginning at the day of hire.

• Physical requirements: Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents (with and without assistance)
• Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
• Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.

Responsibilities

• Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care
• Join or lead fun activities of your choice with the residents
• Track care and other tasks with our easy-to-use electronic health record system
• Assist the housekeeping team with light housekeeping services
• Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services, as needed
• Work each day across all of our departments to create an atmosphere of cooperation, collaboration, inclusivity, and mutual respect.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS:

7:00 AM - 3:00 PM: Part Time

11:00 PM - 7:00 AM: Full Time

PAY & BENEFITS:

Rates start at $19 per hour
