Job summary

Senior Living Residences in East Providence, Rhode Island, is seeking Caregivers (CNA) to join our Resident Care team. We offer 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Part Time) and 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Full Time) shifts in a home-like environment with a supportive culture.

Rates start at $19 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits program including health/dental/vision, PTO, and retirement options; DEI initiatives and extensive professional development are also available.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required to perform direct resident care.
• Physical ability to stand, sit, bend and transfer residents.
• Clear communication with residents and staff.
• Punctual and reliable to meet residents' daily living needs.

Responsibilities

• Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care.
• Join or lead activities with residents.
• Track care and tasks using the electronic health record system.
• Assist housekeeping with light cleaning tasks as needed.
• Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services.
• Collaborate across departments to foster teamwork and respect.

What Our Resident Care Associates Do

• Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care

• Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services, as needed

Requirements

• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Physical requirements: Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents (with and without assistance)
• Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
• Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.
