Resident Care Associate (CNA, HHA)

Location: Ayer, Massachusetts

Available Shifts:

• Part Time: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Full Time, Per Diem: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Pay & Benefits

Rates start at $19 per hour.

What Our Resident Care Associates Do

• Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care
• Join or lead activities with the residents
• Track care and tasks with our electronic health record system
• Assist the housekeeping team with light housekeeping services
• Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services as needed
• Collaborate across departments to foster cooperation, inclusivity, and mutual respect

Requirements

• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)
• Physical requirements: Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents (with or without assistance)
• Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
• Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist with daily living activities
