Job summary

Nashoba Park in Ayer, MA, is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to lead front-of-house staff, oversee scheduling, setup meals and events, and ensure a clean, welcoming dining room for residents.

This role offers a starting rate of $18 per hour, a comprehensive benefits package that starts on hire, and the possibility to cook, train, and grow—including potential certification as a Dementia Practitioner.

Qualifications

• Certification: Food Safety certification, preferred
• Physical requirements: Lifting trays and dishes, occasionally moving dining tables and furniture
• Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
• Leadership: One year of experience with supervising or training staff
• Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS

Full time hours: Tuesday–Saturday: mixed shifts 9am-5pm and 11am-7pm
