Job summary

Arosa is seeking caring professionals to join our team as in-home caregivers in the Los Angeles area. You will support clients with daily activities, provide companionship, and help maintain a safe home environment.

Qualifications

• Willingness to undergo a drug screen and background checks in California.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, preparing meals, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship.
• Foster meaningful relationships and document progress with the care team.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment for clients.
• Participate in care planning and online/in-person training as offered by the company.
