Job summary

Executive Home Care of Hudson is seeking compassionate caregivers to support individuals in their homes in Hudson, OH. You will assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and daily activities, while promoting independence and dignity.

You will help with mobility, transfers, and ambulation, provide medication reminders, assist with meal planning, and offer companionship. Training is provided and teamwork is essential to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred.
• Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, personal hygiene.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Medication Reminders: provide reminders and support medication routines.
• Meal Preparation and Nutrition: plan and prepare meals per dietary needs.
• Companionship and Social Interaction: engage clients and accompany to appointments.
• Health Monitoring: observe changes and report to care team, document care.
