Job summary

Executive Home Care of Hudson is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support in Hudson, OH. You will assist clients with daily living activities, medication reminders, meal planning, and companionship, while monitoring health status and reporting changes to the care team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred.
• Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene; mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Medication reminders: provide reminders for medications according to prescribed schedules and support routines.
• Meal preparation and nutrition: assist with meal planning and preparation, monitor nutrition and hydration.
• Companionship and social interaction: engage clients in conversations and accompany them to appointments and activities.
• Health monitoring: observe and report changes in clients' health status to the care team; document care provided.
