Meal Preparation and Nutrition: assist with meal planning and preparation, adhering to dietary requirements; monitor and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.

Companionship and Social Interaction: engage clients in meaningful conversations and companionship; accompany clients to appointments and social activities.

Health Monitoring: observe and report changes in clients' health status to the care team; document care provided and any notable observations.
