Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous caregiving experience is an advantage.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Compassionate, patient and dependable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow individualized care plans and work with a team.

• Support safe mobility, including walking, transfers, and positioning.
• Provide medication reminders as directed.
• Prepare nutritious meals that meet clients' dietary requirements.
• Encourage healthy eating habits and proper hydration.
• Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments and community outings as needed.
