Job summary

Executive Home Care of Hudson is seeking compassionate caregivers in Hudson, OH to provide in-home support with activities of daily living, medication reminders, meal preparation, and companionship. You will assist with bathing, grooming, mobility, and personal care while ensuring safety and dignity for clients.

Candidates should have 2+ years of caregiver experience and CPR/First Aid certification; training will be provided through Care Academy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred.
• Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, personal hygiene; mobility, transfers, ambulation.
• Provide reminders for medication according to prescribed schedules and support clients in managing medications.
• Meal planning and preparation, adhering to dietary requirements; monitor nutrition and hydration.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and accompany to appointments.
• Observe and report changes in health status to the care team and document care provided.
