Job summary

HomeWell Care Services is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team in Fallbrook, CA. You will work one-on-one with seniors at their homes, providing non-medical support and building meaningful relationships.

Responsibilities include companionship, light cooking and cleaning, personal care, medication reminders, and transportation to appointments. CNA or HHA license preferred, or relevant care experience. We offer a flexible schedule and opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA license preferred or 6 months of full-time work or 12 months of part-time care for geriatric or chronically ill persons
• Exceptional communication skills
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Proof of current TB testing
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
• Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable
• Pass a criminal background check (national and state requirements)
