Job summary

Home Instead is seeking a compassionate Home Caregiver to provide high-quality in-home care. You’ll build trust with clients, assist with daily activities, and help maintain independence in familiar surroundings. We offer weekly pay, benefits where eligible, paid training, and a supportive team.

Minimum six months of paid caregiving or CNA/HHA/LVN/LPN/RN credentials are preferred. Join us to make a real difference in people’s lives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) or relevant CNA/HHA/LVN/LPN/RN certification.
• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities; bilingual/multilingual encouraged.
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping duties.
• Provide personal care services, including grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence.
