Job summary

Home Instead is seeking a Home Caregiver to provide compassionate in-home care. You will earn $15.50-$16.00/hour with weekly pay, direct deposit, and a supportive team.

Benefits include sick leave, paid training, holidays at 1.5x, medical/dental/vision, 401k matching, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for continuous learning. You’ll build relationships with clients through companionship, assist with meals and light housekeeping, and provide personal care including grooming and bathing.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client to provide consistent care.
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities.
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements, including CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
• Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties.
• Provide personal care services, including assistance with grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence.
