Job summary

Home Instead is looking for caregivers to provide compassionate in-home support. Earn $18.50-$19.25 per hour with weekly pay, direct deposit, and a team that supports your success. Benefits include sick leave, paid training, holidays at 1.5x your rate, and 401k matching.

You’ll build meaningful relationships with clients, help with meals and light housekeeping, and provide personal care such as grooming and bathing. A minimum of 6 months of caregiving exp or applicable certifications is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) or a CNA/HHA/LVN/LPN/RN.
• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client.
• Basic English reading and writing skills; bilinguals welcome.
• Complete any required compliance, licenses, or registrations.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and compassionate caregiving to clients.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Deliver personal care including grooming, bathing, and restroom assistance.
