Job summary

Home Instead in the Phoenix area is hiring experienced in-home caregivers to provide one-on-one care that helps seniors live safely and comfortably at home. This role offers steady work, real support, and meaningful relationships with the people you care for.

We offer weekly pay with direct deposit, paid training, sick leave, and holidays with premium pay. Eligible benefits include medical, dental, and vision, a 401(k) with company match, mileage reimbursement, and a $700 caregiver referral

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.
• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client to provide consistent care.
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities; bilinguals encouraged.
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirement.
