Job summary

Home Instead in Phoenix, AZ is hiring experienced in-home caregivers to deliver one-on-one care in clients' homes, helping seniors live safely and comfortably. The role offers steady work, weekly pay, and meaningful relationships with those you care for.

Earn $16.50–$18.00 per hour with benefits including sick leave, paid training, and 401(k) with company match; mileage reimbursement and referral bonuses are also available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months paid caregiving experience (non-family) or active CNA/HHA/LVN/LPN/RN.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
• Able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client.
• Basic English speaking, reading and writing abilities; bilinguals encouraged.
• Complete any compliance, license or registration requirements.

• $16.50-$18.00/hr - weekly pay & direct deposit
