Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable caregivers to work 1:1 with clients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will provide compassionate support, assist with skill-building activities, and help clients participate in community activities to achieve personal goals.

Full and part-time positions are available. Benefits include paid training, flexible schedules, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process. Prior caregiving experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Able to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities
